New Website & Portal
The new platform is launching SOON! This all-access website will feature a combined portal with separate access for Patients, Providers, and Administration. We will also be releasing a tutorial video for veterans that will walk them through how to use the new portal and how to submit a ticket in the future for any concerns they may have.

Ongoing Telehealth mental health services can be delivered to Veterans in the comfort of their own homes. These recurring services can play a vital role in overcoming barriers to care such as:
-Geographical Location
-Proximity/distance to providers
-Transportation challenges
-Time restrictions
-and MORE!

New Payment Options for Veterans
We are excited to soon be offering our veteran clients extended payment services through PayPal. These options will now include manual credit card entry and extended options such as Venmo, Apple Pay and more! Stay tuned for details coming SOON!

"What to Expect" Video for Veterans
COMING SOON!
The long awaited “What to Expect” video is now completed and has been sent to the Marketing Team for its final touches. We are so excited to be able to offer our veterans this valuable knowledge and advice from the perspective of one of our leading clinical psychologists, Tiffany Gatling!

All Telemedica Providers hold a doctoral degree in psychology from a graduate program in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) or the Psychological clinical science accredited system (PCSAS).
Commitment to Our Veterans
All providers go through our Telemedica onboarding process and attend extensive training before being able to see clients. Our team of providers also includes a Quality Assurance group, as well as a doctorate level provider trainer to ensure everyone is up to speed on completing the most comprehensive evaluations.

Whenever you have a question, our customer service team and operations manager are never more than a click away. Our team is dedicated to addressing your concerns quickly and efficiently and giving a personalized experience.
