Who We Are
In this issue of the Telemedica newsletter, we introduce you to the Customer Service and Executive teams, share our state matching process, informative videos and Telemedica’s promise to YOU!

State Matching Process
Our efficient booking system is set up to automatically pair the veteran client with a provider who is either in the same state as the client, licensed in the same state the veteran is located, or licensed to see ALL states based on the clients schedule/availability. This system also gives our providers equal opportunity and distribution of clients.
Due to the recent public health emergency, Covid waivers and interstate compacts such as Psypact have been designed and implemented to allow licensed psychologists / doctors to practice Telehealth / telepsychology across state boundaries legally and ethically without necessitating that an individual become licensed in every state to practice.

Dr Gatling is working diligently to create a comprehensive “what to expect” video for our veteran clients. We can expect this video to be released over the next couple of weeks after our marketing team puts the final touches on it!
We are also putting together a “Who we are” Telemedica video to give you an in-depth perspective of our team, our processes and why we do what we do.

Quality Providers
All Telemedica Providers hold a doctoral degree in psychology from a graduate program in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) or the Psychological clinical science accredited system (PCSAS).
Commitment to Our Veterans
All providers go through our Telemedica onboarding process and attend extensive training before being able to see clients. Our team of providers also includes a Quality Assurance group, as well as a doctorate level provider trainer to ensure everyone is up to speed on completing the most comprehensive evaluations.

Whenever you have a question, our customer service team and operations manager are never more than a click away. Our team is dedicated to addressing your concerns quickly and efficiently and giving a personalized experience.
