Informative Resources & Video
Our Telemedica team, alongside Dr Tiffany Gatling, have been working hard to create this valuable resource for your veteran clients! This “What to Expect” video will walk the veterans through the Psych Evaluation process from start to finish and ensure they have all the valuable insider tips to be prepared and ready for their appointment. We will be including this video link with all of our 48 hour appointment reminder emails going forward.

New Payment Options for Veterans
One of the newly updated features our new portal will offer is expanded payment options. We are proud to now offer the following features:

*PayPal Credit is a way to use your PayPal account to pay for things immediately, or over time, when you don’t have the money immediately available!

Quality Providers
All Telemedica Providers hold a doctoral degree in psychology from a graduate program in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) or the Psychological clinical science accredited system (PCSAS).
Commitment to Our Veterans
All providers go through our Telemedica onboarding process and attend extensive training before being able to see clients. Our team of providers also includes a Quality Assurance group, as well as a doctorate level provider trainer to ensure everyone is up to speed on completing the most comprehensive evaluations.

Whenever you have a question, our customer service team and operations manager are never more than a click away. Our team is dedicated to addressing your concerns quickly and efficiently and giving a personalized experience.
